A Floyd County woman was arrested in Laurel County on Tuesday, March 6, 2018. The arrest occurred off West Cumberland Gap Parkway around 12:46pm, after Laurel County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a complaint of a woman crashing her Jeep into a truck in a motel parking lot. Management told deputies that the female subject, identified as 40-year-old Candy Tuttle of Blue River, had returned to a room. Deputies made contact and discovered that Tuttle and her husband had been arguing before she went outside to damage the vehicles. She was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence. Tuttle was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
