Governor Matt Bevin has proclaimed that US and State flags be flown at half-staff until sunset on Monday, March 19, 2018, as a mark of respect for fallen Pikeville Police Department Officer Scotty Hamilton. Governor Bevin encourages all Kentuckians, business, organizations, and government agencies to join in this show of support for Officer Hamilton’s family and the community of Pikeville.
