Two individuals wanted for questioning in attempted murder of an Ashland Police Officer have been apprehended. The arrested occurred on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at a residence in Ashland. Frank Jolliff, Jr. and Danny Halley were both taken into custody by combined efforts of the Kentucky State Police, US Marshall Service, and Ashland Police Department. Both men have been charged with wanton endangerment and fleeing and evading police. They were lodged in the Boyd County Detention Center.
