On Friday, March 30, 2018, the Johnson County Sheriff Department was dispatched to a call of a male subject passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle at Hager Hill VIP Fuels. Deputy Jesse Mullins responded to the scene and made contact with the male subject, indentified as Brian Blair. The vehicle was parked in a handicap space and on the sidewalk. Blair was determined to be under the influence. A search of the vehicle uncovered drugs and paraphernalia, along with a $305 in cash. He was arrested and lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
