Around 11pm Tuesday, April 17, 2018, Floyd County Sheriff’s Deputies along with Martin Police stopped a 2015 KIA on RT 1426 in the Prater Creek community. Deputies say they stopped the vehicle after witnessing the driver, later identified as 39-year-old Tiffany Heidenscher of Ottoville, Ohio, driving in a reckless manner. During the investigation, a large amount of drugs, including over 140 grams of crystal meth, cocaine, marijuana, and paraphernalia were found with the assistance of Deputy K-9 “Drago.” All three of the vehicle’s occupants were arrested. Charles Goodman, 40, of Goose Creek, was charged with trafficking in controlled substance and possession of controlled substance. Agon Short, 49, of Mouise, was charged with public intoxication. Heidenscher was charged with trafficking in controlled substance, possession of controlled substance, and reckless driving.
