An Ashland man is facing several charges relating to sexual assault. On Thursday, April 19, 2018, the Ashland Police Department responded to King’s Daughters Medical Center to a reported sexual assault. Through investigation, a suspect was identified as 52-year-old James Berry of Ashland. Berry was arrested and charged with rape, 1^st degree domestic violence, sodomy 1^st degree, unlawful imprisonment 1^st degree, and 4^th degree assault. He was lodged in the Boyd County Detention Center.
