On Wednesday, April 18, 2018, around 7:15am, Knox County Deputy Claude Hudson received a report of a Knox County School bus involved in a traffic crash on Spider Creek Road in Corbin. The bus was traveling south on Spider Creek Road and collided with a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix traveling north. After conducting an investigation, Deputy Hudson determined that the Pontiac struck the right front tire of the school bus, causing minor damage to the left front fender of the car. The school bus was not damaged. No injuries were reported and no charges were filed.
