On Sunday, April 29, 2018, around 3:30pm, Bell County Dispatch received a call of two females fighting in the Polly Hollow area with one no longer on scene and the other intoxicated and wouldn’t leave. Deputy Robin Venable responded to the scene and found the two women engaged in a fight. Deputy Venable stopped the fight, placing both women, identified as 41-year-old Monica Perkins and 43-year-old April Vanover, both of Middlesboro, under arrest. Both were charged with disorderly conduct and assault and lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.
