Former social security attorney Eric C. Conn has reportedly reached a deal with prosecutors to resolve all charges against him. The Lexington Herald-Leader reports that Conn’s attorney, Willis Coffey, filed a motion on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, saying that an agreement had been reached to resolve both the escape and fraud cases. Details of the deal have not yet been released. Conn’s next hearing is scheduled for June 4, 2018.
