Arrest Made in Missing Wayne County Girl Investigation

On Thursday, May 31, 2018, around 5:30pm, Kentucky State Police Post 11 London received a tip on the whereabouts of an individual in connection with a missing juvenile. Troopers had been investigating a case of a juvenile who went missing from her foster homer in Wayne County since March 2018. The juvenile, 15-year-old Amabel Felix, was believed to be in the company of 50-year-old Daniel York. The tip on May 31 led detectives to a residence located on KY HWY 461 in Pulaski County. A search warrant was executed at the residence and detectives located Felix unharmed, along with marijuana. Daniel York was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center on an outstanding arrest warrant. He was also charged with cultivating and possessing marijuana.
