Kentucky businesses registered with the Secretary of State’s office must file an annual report with the agency by June 30, 2018. Secretary Alison Lundergan Grimes is reminding business they must file an annual report and pay a $15 filing fee. The filing requirement applies to all business entities authorized to do business in Kentucky. Businesses that are already registered can immediately obtain pre-populated 2018 annual reports by visiting the Secretary of State’s website, sos.ky.gov. Entities may also file and pay in person or via U.S. mail.
