On Saturday, July 14, 2018, Knox County Deputies responded to a reported burglary in progress at a residence on Old Stinking Creek Road in Flat Lick. When the deputies arrived at the residence, they observed several individuals fled on foot. Deputies apprehended 43-year-old Margaret Sharp of Jacksboro, Tennessee. Following an investigation, over 13.5 grams of suspected Crystal Methamphetamine were located in her possession. Additionally, Sharp was found in possession of a 2016 Ford pickup truck that was reportedly stolen from Knoxville, TN. A second individual, 32-year-old Joshua Miller of Pineville, was also apprehended. Both were lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
