Two were arrested on Saturday, July 21, 2018 in Laurel County. The arrests occurred around 10pm on Slate Ridge Road after Deputy Josh Morgan observed a female subject laying the ditch there and a male subject trying to pick her up. An investigation determined both individuals were under the influence. Maxwell Watson, 40, and Christy Watson, 36, both of Somerset, were charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place. Both were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
