Kentucky State Police Post 9 Pikeville are investigating a fatal collision that occurred on KY RT 366 in the Fedscreek community. Post 9 received a 911 call just after noon on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 of a two vehicle crash involving a motorcycle. An investigation determined that the motorcycle, operated by John Mollett of Jones Fork, crossed the center line and struck a pickup heading eastbound. Mollett was pronounced dead at the scene by the Pike County Coroner’s office. Alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the crash and no charged have been made in the case. In crash remains under investigation.
