The Kentucky Blood Center will be holding a blood drive at Highlands Regional Medical Center on Friday, August 24, 2018 from 10am to 2:30pm in meeting rooms A and B in the basement at 5000 KY Hwy 321 in Prestonsburg. Donors will be entered to win a 2018 Toyota 4Runner. Blood donors must be at least 17-years-old (16 with parental consent), weigh at least 110 pounds, be in general good health, show a photo ID and meet additional requirements. Sixteen-year-old donors must have a signed parental permission slip, which can be found at kybloodcenter.org.
