Glenn Jacobs has been elected Mayor of Knox County Tennessee. The primary election was held on Thursday, August 2, 2018. Jacobs, better known as WWE superstar Kane, was the Republican candidate for County Mayor, running against Democratic candidate Linda Haney.  Jacobs won with 51,804 votes to Haney’s 26,224. Jacobs is set to take office on September 1, 2018.
