The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office made a disorderly conduct arrest on Saturday, August 4, 2018. The arrest occurred around 12:42am off Old Whitley Road in London after Deputy Keith Dinsmore arrived at the scene of a disturbance where the subject, identified as 25-year-old Stephanie Smith, was blowing her horn, screaming, and yelling in front of a residence. The deputy detected the odor of alcohol on Smith’s breath, and also had red eyes and slurred speech. She was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
