An arrest has been made in connection to the shooting death of a Perry County man. Following consideration of evidence and interviews, Detective Clayton Stamper with Kentucky State Police Post 13 obtained and executed an arrest warrant on Monday, August 13, 2018 on 37-year-old Harold Hayes of Busy. Hayes was charged with one count of murder and was lodged in the Kentucky River Regional Jail. The murder charges stems from the death investigation of Terry Stidham, who was found shot to death on Elm Shoal Branch in the Combs community of Perry County on August 8, 2018.
