Just after 2pm on Tuesday, August 21, 2018, Johnson County Sheriff Dwayne Price contacted Kentucky State Police Post 9 requesting a Trooper respond to a fatal accident on Puncheon Creek in the Sitka community of Johnson County. Upon arrival, it was discovered Toby Hall Conley, 69, was operating her vehicle on Puncheon Creek when she veered off the road and went over an embankment, then struck a tree. Mrs. Conley was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Johnson County Coroner’s office.
