Big Sandy Community and Technical College will host a Constitution Day event on Monday, September 17, 2018, and prepare for the 2020 census. Constitution Day is an American federal observance that recognizes  the adoption of the United States Constitution and those who have become US Citizens. This year, in celebration of Constitution Day, BSCTC is inviting the Floyd County Clerk’s Office on campus to register voters and answer any voter registration questions. The event will be Monday, September 17, 2018 from 12pm to 12:30pm, in the Johnson Building room 102 on the Prestonsburg Campus.
