Three Arrested on Drug Possession Charges in Floyd County

On Friday, September 7, 2018, Floyd County Sheriff’s Deputies were patrolling the Banner community around 1am when they noticed a vehicle parked on the shoulder of US 23 with the vehicles lights on. Deputies stopped to investigate and were told by the driver they had run out of gas. While speaking with the occupants, deputies noticed drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. Deputies, assisted by K9 Drago, conducted an investigation of the occupants and vehicle. The search resulted in discover of crystal methamphetamine, plastic baggies, needles, and other paraphernalia, along with a large sum of money. Deputies arrested Frank London, Jessica Henson, and James Johnson. They were charged with charged with possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
