A former Tennessee Constable has been sentenced for illegally distributing opioids in Kentucky. Bobby Roy Justice, 67 of Dandridge, Tennessee, and formerly of Pikeville, was sentenced on Monday, September 10, 2018 to 10 years in federal prison for conspiring to distribute oxycodone pills. Additionally, Justice was also ordered to pay a $60,000 fine. A federal investigation into Justice revealed that, over a five-year period, Justice imported over 90,000 oxycodone pills, from suppliers in Florida, to the Pike County area for distribution. Justice pled guilty to the charges against him in May of 2018. Following completion of his sentence, he will be under the supervision of the United States Probation Office for three years.
