Two were arrested in Laurel County on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 on burglary charges. The arrests occurred around 8:27am off Little Arthur Ridge Road after deputies were dispatched to a burglary complaint. A male and female subject were located at the scene who had unlawfully entered the residence. The two were found in possession of needles. Deputies arrest 45-year-old Michael Whittemore and 22-year-old Amber Hedrick on charges of burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
