A Fort Mitchell man has been sentenced for receipt of child pornography. Jeffrey Harney, 53, pled guilty in March 2018 and admitted to using computer equipment to download child pornography from the internet. Over 3,000 images and 1,100 video of child pornography were located on Harney’s computer equipment. He was sentenced to 97 months in federal prison. In addition, Harney was ordered to pay $18,964.93 in restitution to the victims in this case.
