The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office responded to a dispute complaint off Taylor School Road on Monday, September 24, 2018. Upon arrival at the scene, deputies learned the subject, identified as 42-year-old Gary Anderson, had an outstanding bench warrant. Additionally, he was found in possession of an EBT card that did not belong to him. Anderson was charged with an Anderson County District Court bench warrant. Additionally he was charged with knowingly fraudulently using an ID card or electronic code for benefits. Anderson was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
