Two Nicholasville, KY, men were sentenced on Friday, September 28, 2018 for using social media to harass and intimidate an acquaintance, with threats of a prospective shooting at a Jessamine County school. Tristan Kelly, 18, was sentenced to 21 months in federal prison, and Cody Ritchey, 19, was sentenced to 27 months in federal prison. Both pled guilty in June 2018 to one count of cyberstalking.
