Appalachian Hospice Care Veterans Committee will be hosting the 5^th Annual Veterans Appreciation Lunch on Thursday, October 25, 2018 from 11am to 2pm at the Stumbo-Wilkinson Convention Center at Jenny Wiley State Park in Prestonsburg. The fish fry and barbecue will be held to honor veterans in Floyd, Johnson, Magoffin, Martin and Pike counties. The lunch is free for veterans and one guest. A photographer will also be on hand for individual and group photos. Veterans are also welcome to wear their uniforms or a hat to indicate branch of service. The Traveling Kentucky Vietnam Memorial Wall will also be present at the event, which will have an escort through downtown Prestonsburg on Wednesday, October 24, 2018.
