On Tuesday, October 2, 2018, around 8am, Kentucky State Police Post 11, London received a call from Clay County 911 about a possible human body lying in a ditch off KY HWY 421 in the Manchester community of Clay County. Upon arrival, Trooper Don Trosper located 68-year-old Carol Miller, of Manchester, deceased. Miller was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Clay County Coroner’s Office. Cause and time of death is pending autopsy.
