The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office made a criminal mischief arrest on Tuesday, October 9, 2018. The arrest occurred around 12:04pm off Edgewater Forest Road, where deputies were dispatched to a disturbance complaint there. Upon arrival at the scene, deputies conducted an investigation and learned that the subject, identified as 27-year-old Brian Cupp, had allegedly damaged several items there. Cupp was charged with criminal mischief and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
