On Monday, October 15, 2018, around 1pm, Ashland Police received a call of a man acting erratically at the Ashland Town Center Mall. The subject was identified as David Ray Hall of Ashland. Hall attempted to flee the scene after police arrived before being apprehended. He was arrested and charged with alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and fleeing or evading police. Hall was lodged in the Boyd County Detention Center.
