Man Arrested in Knox County Tennessee on Outstanding Warrants, Drug Paraphernalia

On Thursday, October 11, 2018, the Knox County Tennessee Sheriff’s Office, the Highway Interdiction Unit, and the Narcotics Unit arrested 34-year-old Zachary Miller. Miller was arrested along with a female companion, identified as Amanda Breach, around 1pm after they had fled an Exxon gas station on Straw Plains Pike. Their vehicle was found abandoned nearby. The two were tracked by a K-9 unit to a neighboring field where they were taken into custody. Two drills and several needles were recovered from the vehicle. Additionally, Miller was charged with felony warrants from Cobb County Georgia, as well as outstanding warrants in Knox County. Breach was charged with fleeing on foot.
