On Sunday, October 14, 2018, around 7:30pm, Knox County Deputy Andrew Lawson responded to a complaint of a person passed out in a vehicle at the Crossroads Market in Gray. Upon arrival, Deputy Lawson made contact with the driver of the vehicle, identified as 44-year-old Jenny Mills. She stated she was tired and waiting on a passenger who had went to the restroom. While investigation, Deputy Lawson located a small plastic bag inside the vehicle containing suspected methamphetamine. Mills was arrested. When Deputy Lawson attempted to make contact with the passenger, identified as 46-year-old Shawna Moore, she locked herself in the bathroom. After exiting the bathroom, she was arrested and charged with trafficking in controlled substance. Both were lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
