Eastern Kentucky native Danny Branham will be the featured speaker for the University of Pikeville’s Coleman College of Business Speakers and Leadership Series. The event, “Alltech-From Humble Beginnings to a Global Leader,” is set for Friday, October 26, 2018 at 10am on the seventh floor of UPIKE’s Health Professions Education Building. Branham received his bachelor’s degree in biology and master’s degree in animal science from the University of Kentucky as well as a master’s in Brewing and Distilling Sciences from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburg, Scotland. He currently serves as the General Manager at Alltech’s Dueling Barrels Brewery and Distillery in Pikeville. Additionally, Branham serves as a board member for the Southeast Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, Pikeville Tourism, and Big Sandy Heritage Museum. The campus and the community are invited to attend this event on Friday, October 26, 2018.
