In Harlan County, October 31 from 5pm to 7pm.  Johnson County, October 30 6pm to 8pm. Knott County October 31 6pm to 8pm. Leslie County, October 31 5pm to 8pm. Magoffin County, October 31 6pm to 9pm. Martin County October 30 6pm to 8pm. Perry County, October 30, 6pm to 8pm. Pike County, October 30, 6pm to 8pm.
