Two were arrested in Laurel County following a disturbance complaint off Evans Lane. Upon arrival, deputies located a male subject and conducted an investigation, finding the subject in possession of a crystal like substance believed to be methamphetamine. Jeffery Callahan, 40, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance. Also arrested was 41-year-old Marilyn Mitchell, on a charge of an outstanding warrant. Both were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
