A fatal collision occurred in Wolfe County on Thursday, November 8, 2018. Kentucky State Police Post 8 Morehead responded to the scene around 1pm of the two vehicle collision near the junction of Kentucky 191 on Highway 205. During the investigation, it was determined that 34-year-old Jamie Edgar Fallen of Grassy Creek was traveling northbound when his 2006 Pontiac crossed the center line and collided head on with a white Chevrolet pickup truck driven by a male occupant. The driver of the truck was pronounced deceased at the scene. Fallen was flown to UK Medical Center for treatment. The collision remains under investigation.
