Kentucky State Police Post 9 Pikeville opened a death investigation into a house fire that occurred around 6am the morning of Friday, November 30, 2018. The fire occurred at a residence on KY Rt 3385 in the Endicott community of Floyd County. A search of the structure recovered one body from the scene. The victim’s body was sent to the Medical Examiner’s office for autopsy to determine cause of death. No foul play is suspected at this time.
