Four Floyd County students have been selected as representatives for the 2019 Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Seminar. The students selected are Lindsay Caudill, Katie Moore, and Kade Scott of Floyd Central High School and Abbey Poe of Prestonsburg High School. The sophomore students will attend the state seminar at Berea College in June of 2019. Students will experience life on a college campus as they develop their leadership skills and learn to use those skills to influence their communities positively.
