Kentucky State Police Detectives are currently investigating a case of counterfeit money in the Post 9 service area. Post 9 detectives are investigating a forged $100 bill and are also concerned there may be more of the bill circulating in the Post 9 area. The bill closely resembles a $100 bill but does not have a series number or any security features. When closely examining the bill, the paper has a different feel from standard currency. The bill also has small Chinese writing on the back, which appears to be stamped on the bill. The serial number for the bill is B17696366.
