On Friday, December 14, 2018, Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes announced Lillie Ruschell will join her office as Director of Communications on January 1, 2019, following the departure of Bradford Queen, who will be leaving the Secretary’s office to join the private sector. Grimes also announced Ashland native Taylor Dale Clark will join her communications team to serve as Deputy Director of Communications.
