Two Arrested in Laurel County with Blue Methamphetamine

The Laurel County Sheriff’s Department arrested two individuals off Riggs Lane on Thursday, December 20, 2018. The arrests occurred around 4:27pm after the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office developed information while conducting a drug investigation and located two individuals, one at a residence and one in a vehicle in the vicinity and located a large amount of blue colored crystal methamphetamine and a large sum of US currency. The individual arrested at the residence was identified as 55-year-old Andy Riggs of Lily the individual arrested in the vehicle was identified as 30-year-old Rex Allen Gray of Keavy. Both were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
