The Kentucky Agricultural Development Board approved $3,704,729 in 12 agricultural diversification and rural development projects across the Commonwealth at its monthly board meeting. The Kentucky Dairy Development Council was approvedĀ for up to $1,766,342 in state funds over a two-year period to continue educating, representing, and promoting Kentucky’s dairy producers. The Kentucky Beef Network was approved for up to $1,600,603 in state funds over a two-year period to continue providing programs to cattle producers to enhance their net income. County investments were also made for agricultural education equipment and on-farm investments.
