Three suspects were arrested in Louisa on Saturday, December 29, 2018 following a traffic stop. During the course of the stop, it was discovered that the occupants, identified as Tyler Branham, Johnny Skaggs, and Stephanie Hill, had warrants for their arrest. Additionally, it was determined the driver was under the influence of intoxicating substances. During the investigation, Louisa Police Department K9 Officer Sgt. Wilburn discovered 2.1 ounces of crystal methamphetamine, valued at $6000, along with suboxone, and various drug paraphernalia. The case remains under investigation with additional charges pending. Suspects were lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
