Attorney General Andy Beshear says a Tennessee man who attempted to have sex with a minor and who actively traded child sex images across the country was sentenced to three years in state prison and designated a lifetime sex offender. Bradley Richmond, 24, of Bell Buckle, Tennessee, was sentenced on Friday, January 4, 2019 in Franklin Circuit Court for child sex offenses investigated by Beshear’s Cyber Crimes Unit in May 2018. Richmond pleaded guilty to 15 felonies, including three counts of unlawful use of electronic means originating or received within the Commonwealth of Kentucky to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activity.
