Martin City Police Officer Jonathan Holbrooks made an arrest at the Martin Double Kwik around 6pm Thursday, January 10, 2019. Officer Holbrooks was dispatched to a complaint from Martin BP advising that a male subject was passed out in the store. Upon arrival at the scene, Officer Holbrooks located the subject, identified as 33-year-old Joseph Serrano of Printer, passed out. An investigation was conducted and Serrano was determined to be under the influence. He was charged with public intoxication and lodged in the Floyd County Detention Center.
