Governor Matt Bevin recognized the death of a Fort Campbell Soldier that occurred on Wednesday, January 16, 2019. Army Chief Warrant Officer 2 Jonathan Farmer, 37, of Boynton Beach, Florida, died as a result of his injuries sustained by a suicide improvised explosive device. Service arrangements are not yet complete. Governor Bevin will order flags lowered to half-staff in honor of Chief Warrant Officer Farmer on the date of internment.
