Three Arrested in Floyd County on Drug Trafficking Charges

On Monday, January 21, 2019, Floyd County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a tip of possible drug trafficking in a parking lot near the McDonalds in Martin. Deputies along with K9 Drago responded to the area and located a vehicle matching the description. As deputies were interviewing the three occupants, Drago alerted deputies to possible drugs inside the vehicle. The investigation resulted in the discovery of drugs and drug paraphernalia. Deputies arrests 37-year-old Rodney Porter, 28-year-old Barry Hunt, and 30-year-old Tabatha Hunt. All three were lodged in the Floyd County Jail.
