The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Zebolin Collett on Saturday, January 26, 2019. The arrest occurred around 10:30pm after deputies were dispatched to a complaint of a male subject who appeared intoxicated at a business off West Cumberland Gap Parkway. Upon arrival at the scene, Deputy Joey Robinson located Collett and determined he was under the influence. Upon arrest, the subject failed to comply with commands and a brief scuffle ensued before he was placed in custody. Collett began creating a disturbance and attempted to kick the deputy. Collett was charged with resisting arrest, menacing, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication. He was lodged in the Laurel county Detention Center.
