A Knox County man was arrested for several sexually related charges from an indictment warrant on Tuesday, January 29, 2019. Kentucky State Police Post 10 Troopers Jay Sowders and Kelley Farris located 29-year-old Joseph Davis of Artemus. An investigation was conducted on allegations of Davis sexually abusing children under twelve years old, with evidence leading to an indictment warrant being issued. Davis was charged with sodomy, sexual abuse, criminal abuse, and rape. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
