CREATE (Celebrating Retail, Accommodation, Tourism, and Entertainment) Bridges initiative will be hosting civic forums to give regional business owners in the retail, accommodation, tourism, and entertainment sectors an opportunity to discuss their needs in the local economy. CREATE Bridges’ primary goal is to showcase the assets of Eastern Kentucky by recognizing how valuable these sectors can be in revitalizing our economy. Upcoming local forums will be at the Country Music Highway Museum in Staffordsville at 10am Wednesday, February 13, 2019, the Garfield House in Pikeville at 12pm Monday, February 18, and in Prestonsburg at the Big Sandy Area Development Office at 6:30pm Tuesday, February 19.
